March 26, 2018 – 6:45 PM to 8:00 PM

Westminster Presbyterian Church – 4100 Nakoma Road

Mike Stahl and Jose Maria Donoso will explain the in’s and out’s of the City of Madison Building Inspection Unit.

The Building Inspection Unit is a code enforcement, project review and approval agency for a variety of municipal and State ordinance and codes, including construction permits for buildings, fences and storage sheds.  The Unit also regulates land use through the enforcement of zoning approvals and protects consumers through its weights and measures program and housing inspection services which include icy and snowy sidewalks, overgrown bushes by sidewalks and intersections, lighting and code violations.

The Crawford Marlborough Nakoma Neighborhood Association invites you to the 4th in a series of meetings to learn what services City Departments provide for residents. To date we have had presentations by the Police Department and the Forestry Department. We also had a listening session with a member of Traffic Engineering.

There will be a short presentation followed by a question and answer period.
