The music begins at 5 to 6:00 pm with Bob Masnado, acoustic guitarist

6:00-6:30 pm., the Raging Grannies of Madison
The Raging Grannies of Madison began as a project of the Madison chapter of the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF), first singing to the crowds of Madison WI anti-war protesters in the fall of 2003.

6:30 to 7:30pm., the Carper Diem Band putting a bluesy groove to their take of classics from B.B. King, Junior Parker, Buddy Guy and Junior Wells, Solomon Burke and a host of other great R&B artists past and present. Driven by the soulful harp playing of Hank Kuehling and the bluesy guitar of Dave Carper, the quintet is grounded by the solid rhythm section of Frank Fetter on bass and Ethan Kister on drums and features the fabulous David Briles on keyboard. Bring the kids and enjoy some great music!

There will be a bake sale during this event to raise funds for the Cherokee Heights Middle School PTO Playground.
