Bike Madison offers programs to teach children how to ride safely including:
A school based program which involves a combination of classroom and on bike instruction.
After school and summer camp bike clubs which takes kids on organized rides to teach them the basics of riding safely.
An interactive display illustrating how to handle various traffic situations. This is suitable for a program such as a health fair.
A bicycle rodeo where children go through various stations learning how to enter the street safely, how to make turns and ride safely on sidewalks.
