Hello CMNNA Neighbors,
We will be collecting food donations for the Cherokee Heights Middle School on
Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
The need is great, as 57% of the 540 students at CHMS qualify for free or reduced cost lunches, and that 10% of the student body identifies as homeless.
If you would like volunteers to pick up your donation, please send an email to foodpantry@cmnna.org. Please fill out your address and any special instructions you may have. We are also
looking for drivers with a helper to pick up items.
The list of requested items are all non perishables.
- Canned Goods; spaghetti with meatballs, ravioli, soups, beans, tuna fish and chicken, fruits,
vegetables. - Boxed Goods; macaroni and cheese, pasta, rice in 1# bags or boxes, cereals and oatmeal.
- Vegetable oil
- Peanut butter and jelly
