Construction on Doncaster Drive will begin the week of August 19, 2024. Beverly Road and the majority of Danbury Street will be constructed in the spring, with a final completion date of May 31, 2025. Project Information
Project Overview
The overall project includes full pavement reconstruction, new curb & gutter, new sidewalk, replacement of sanitary and water mains, and replacement of storm sewer where necessary.
Doncaster Drive, Beverly Road, and Danbury Street are being reconstructed with new curb & gutter and sidewalk. Parking will be allowed on one side only. The terrace (between the sidewalk and street) will be 2.5 ft. The options in Exhibit A have been developed to reflect three competing priorities: pedestrian safety and convenience, maintenance of existing trees, and proper street width.
