Earth Day Challenge 2022 – Signup for Madison Parks Cleanup Projects – Saturday, April 23

Accept the Earth Day Challenge with Madison Parks! Cleanup projects are available at select parks throughout Madison on Saturday, April 23, between 10am and 12pm. Volunteers assist with trash pickup, raking, weeding, and removing sticks. Volunteers registered by the deadline will be supplied bags and gloves. Look for the EARTH DAY CHALLENGE sign for the supply pickup location.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 11:59pm on Wednesday, April 20. Missed registering? No problem. Just come out to a park listed below. Supplies will be at each of the parks listed and removed by 3pm Saturday. Interested in a park not listed? Contact thartley@cityofmadison.com

GROUP REGISTRATIONS: If you are a group interested in registering for multiple people at one location and currently unable to provide names, please register with your name and contact information for each volunteer position anticipated.

RELEASE STATEMENT: By registering, you understand that your services are being offered on a voluntary basis without anticipation of financial remuneration. You grant permission for a photo or video of you to be used in any promotional materials produced by the City of Madison Parks Division. You shall indemnify and hold harmless the City of Madison, its Board and Commissions and their officers, agents, and employees from and against all claims, demands, loss of liability of any kind or nature for any possible injury incurred during volunteer service.
