Hello neighbors, gardeners and butterfly enthusiasts,
Your friendly Crawford-Marlborough-Nakoma Neighborhood Association is sponsoring a talk on Monarch Butterfly conservation by Dr Karen Oberhauser, U.W. Madison Arboretum Director and butterfly researcher. This event takes place on Tuesday May 21 at 7:00 pm, and is generously hosted by Oak Park Place, 4327 Nakoma Rd. I invite you all to come and learn about Monarch biology, migration, threats to their population, and what all of us can do to help in their conservation. Learn how to create butterfly habitat in your neighborhood, and how to participate in citizen science.
I hope to see many of you there!
