| Work will begin on the Beverly Road and Danbury Street portions of this project the week of 3/17/2025. The contractor will start by installing the new sanitary sewer underneath Beverly Road. The entire project is expected to be wrapping up by the end of May. Thank you for everyone’s patience! |

| Project Update: Doncaster Beverly Danbury Reconstruction Location: 4240 Beverly Road Estimated Schedule: August 5, 2024 – May 30, 2025 September 4, 2024 UpdateConstruction has started on Doncaster Drive. The contractor is working on installing the new sanitary sewer main and will continue to do so in the coming weeks, followed by sanitary lateral installation at every address along the street. Thank you to all who came to us with concerns about the crossing at Seminole Highway and excessive dust. We are working with the contractor to make sure those issues are resolved.
